RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product maybe exchanged within 7-DAYS of delivery date by launching an exchange request via email to email@example.com, The customer has liability to exchange with any other item provided it is of equal or higher value. Sale items will NOT be returned or exchanged.
Any undelivered order will be refunded automatically. Otherwise there are no Cash Refunds for orders that have been delivered, See Exchange Policy.
In case of delivery of wrong item EVERVANNA will bear the return shipment cost.
EVERVANNA is not responsible for wrong address, All shipments of fresh order or exchange requested will be sent to address provided in the original order.
